Commercial Tenant Coordination

RSG assists owners with managing the ongoing issues with construction of tenant improvements on sites. Services include representing the owner in day-to-day coordination & construction, checklist development of deliverables, track document submittals, obtain working drawings, review contractors/sub-contractors for proper licensing, monitor the project site, post Notice of Non-Responsibility on the premises, and review Certificate of Completion process.

RSG maintains direct communication with the Owners designated property management company and coordinates the acquisition of operating manuals and plan documents. These services and process are documented and submitted to the owner for their use.
