Tactical Execution

RSG will document the Strategic Plan and Cultural Alignment Plan and develop, from information gathered during the Goals and Objectives phase, an action plan that ensures support of Vision, Mission and Objectives of the organization.

RSG will formulate actions, processes and accountability to attain the developed Goals and Objectives. We will determine what specific resources are required to execute the activities. An integrated plan will be delivered.
