Strategic Planning

RSG will develop scope and deliverables in cooperation with stakeholders. RSG will conduct interviews with Key customers, Board Members, users, faculty, employees and community arts representatives and use that information to assess effectiveness of facility policies and develop action steps to improve efficiencies. This will assess Customer satisfaction/experience.

RSG will create goals & objectives and facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to review the situational analysis and to define goals & objectives.
