Facility Consultation
RSG will work directly with project architects, consultants, contractors, and other vendors to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and operationally efficient facility. We will identify concerns and issues regarding the facility’s program and its design and construction. RSG will consult with the project finance consultants on development and/or audit of operating budgets and cash flow forecasts based on market and facility characteristics and our extensive database. This involves reviewing/forecasting all event projections including attendance, ticket/rent revenues, concession per cap estimates, other revenue source assumptions, all staffing assumptions, and indirect and start-up expense assumptions.
Once the new or renovated facility is substantially completed, RSG will work with the Owner’s construction management team to inspect the facility for adherence to program and specifications, as well as any damage that may have occurred. This document, referred to as a punch list, will be instrumental in the final phase of construction and final acceptance.
