Event Consultation

RSG will work directly with Facility Leadership and Official Services Contractors to establish or improve relationships to enable show site efficiencies and cost savings. RSG will meet with facilities to review policy, construction, and provide favorable direction and guidance. RSG will explain facility accountability vs. the Official Services Contractor, provide community wide information on construction of infrastructure improvements, explain policy changes, and create a database that lists projects and policy changes by a facility. RSG will estimate impact of construction at facilities and mitigate additional operational costs. Impacts will be communicated to exibitors and users via a video newsletter that can be placed on the clients website.
