RSG will track facility projects, policies and assess risk to your organization. This includes the creation of a data base that lists projects and policy changes by a facility. RSG will also create a database of facility construction (new or expanded) and attend the client presentations made by those facilities on our client’s behalf. This identifies constraints. With our extensive network of facility managers, we can influence facility leadership to drive favorable policy direction.

RSG will provide internal and external construction timelines. These timelines will include a month to month narrative for each of your contracted events describing the construction occurring.
